Starts fine but struggles at level 2 and stalls at level 3 - poor engine performance.

Work performed thus far:

> Replaced Air Filter
> Replaced Spark Plug w/ Premium Spark Plug
> Changed Fuel (Premium + 40:1 Oil)
> Sprayed Carburetor (Was Already Clean)
> Cleaned Spark Arrestor Screen w/ Propane Torch (Wasn't Clogged)
> Picked Out Old Grass from the Trim Head Area

Clean has nothing to do with the place where the air goes through.
Clean is all about where the fuel goes through
Cube carbs have to be both clean and air tight as they work under pressure.
Do not ever spray carb cleaner in a cube carb unless all of the parts ( including those behind welch plugs ) have been removed as most carb cleaners attack the rubbers used inside.
Runs or a few minutes and stops is generally a clogged internal filter, defective fuel pump or defective tank vent.
