I have a ltx 1045..I mowed the other day and mower was fine. Tried to start last night and it didn't want to start, but finally did. Oil light came on so I killed it, went out today added oil,but now it will not start. Bought new battery but still nothing. No lights come on the dashboard.it only clicks

Start by trying to turn the engine over by hand.
If you can not turn it with palm pressure on the debris screen remove the spark plug & try again.
How much oil is in the engine now & how much was in there before you added oil.

I can turn the crank..oil was low but it is full now. Haven't removed spark plug yet

Simple to check.
Run a jumper from your battery - to the engine block.
Mower starts fine = bad ground
Run a jumper from your battery + to the hot side of the solenoid
Starts fine = bad power supply wire
Do the same as above to the starter side of the solenoid
Starts fine = duff solenoid
Dosn't start properly = duff starter
