Are you running wide open throttle?
Does this happen through the entire speed range?
Does it happen from cold to completely warmed up engine?
Does it happen going up hills?
Does it happen going down hills?

We need a full explanation of the problem.

If you are not running WOT that is your problem. All Lawn Tractors, Garden Tractors, and ZT"s are supposed to be ran at WOT. All equipment on the mower including the engine is designed to run WOT. Your transaxles are not getting enough power to run correctly/ If you have not been using WOT you may have already dammaged your transaxels.

I found out what was causing the jerking on my Husqvarna Z4217 Zero turn mower. To my surprise, it was a crack subframe and mower mainframe. The subframe had come loose from the mainframe causing a jerking motion on the mower. I had two choices for this problem.... Replace both frames or find a good welder. I choose the latter, and he did a great job for me.....No more jerking motion.
