I purchased a new 2016 John Deere D160. It now has 31 hours. Unfortunately the transmission drive belt jumped off the pulley on the hydrostatic transmission. It's now between the pulley and the fan. It,s still under the warranty period but was told belts are the owners responsibility. Does anyone have step by step instructions on how to remove and replace the belt? Any help would be appreciated.

Belts are most the time normal wear items. At 34 hours something else is to blame. In your book should be a break down on belt replacement. Check idler pulley and belt alignment.
