Engine Safety cover hex head bolts.

Need to get shroud off. Cover over flywheel hex heads stripped any ideas on how to get them out. Is the flywheel fins plastic. Thank You. Thought about welding washers to bolts and nuts to washers. Engine is Kawasaki fh 661v 675cc

Can you possibly post some CLOSE-UP pics of these bolts so we can get a better idea of what we are dealing with here !
