So I have a PP4218A 18" poulan pro chainsaw, and I took it apart to clean it. I just removed the bar, the brake, the brake spring, and cleaned it up, put it back together. It's only been used a few times, but now all of a sudden if I squeeze the trigger more than about 3/4 it stalls, however the cause of stall is the kill switch engages. Give it full throttle and you can watch the kill switch move to "off" position and I can't for the life of me figure out why. Anyone have a clue what may be causing this? It's a huge bummer to cut trees at 3/4 throttle and kill it every 2 minutes lol.

Check that the choke lever is not fouling on the cut out or the throttle rod is not running across the kill switch.
