Engine Help engine wont start after i stalled it!

I have a 19.5 HP turbo cooled I/C platinum briggs opposed engine on my craftsman. When I was mowing, I accidentally engaged the blades. The engine was at idle and it stalled from that. After this, it will not start at all. I checked the spark and i dont know if its me, but it only sparked about half the time. The right cyl. Had a much stronger spark than the left when it did spark. Im not entirely sure if the fuel pump is working either, is there a way to test this? Or perhaps there is a bad killswitch/saftey switch conection. Please help.

Pull the blower housing off and the flywheel bolt then check the key,
Sounds like a broken timing key.
