What the #$%^%# did I do?

I had to tear town the K46 on my LT160 to get rid of loads of crap plus replace the main drive pulley shaft. At one point I had all the gut on the bench to clean up the casing so I'm not sure where I went wrong. When I tested it after the rebuild, when I depress the forward pedal I have gobs of reverse speed. Just the opposite when I depress the reverse pedal. What the heck did I put back backwards? Just looking for hopefully a starting point or better yet and answer. Thanks, Chuck :confused2:

There is a wedge shaped piece of aluminum that the motor side of the unit turns against. You have it in upside down.
