I have a Scotts (made by Murray) self propelled mower circa 2002. it has a Tecumseh OHV engine with a power take off for the self propelled it is aprox 6 HP. sorry I do not have the model number. Getting a strong pull back on the rope when starting. I have changed the flywheel key (the old one was not sheared) I think I have the blade good and tight. Is there anything I should check on the valve adjustment that might be causing this problem. It seems to run and work fine once started, I am hoping someone has some ideas
