I've got to get to the electricals but cannot remove the steering wheel so that I can remove the dash. Parts diagrams show a pin which I have removed, and a bolt down the center of the wheel, which I cannot see. All I see down the center hole in the steering wheel is the top of what looks like a metal bar. I've soaked it with pen. oil but the wheel doesn't budge. Help!
