I have a tecumseh 15.5 lawn tractor it starts and runs fine after about 10 min it pours gas out of valve cover breather tube then it stalls I just rebuilt the carb does anyone have any idea what this may be thanks

Yep,
Check the oil level chances are you will find it is too high & thin cause the carb is still flooding.
Getting that float valve in properly is somewhat of an art or acquired skill I am yet to acquire.
