There is no model 20832, do you mean 20382? If you did mean 20382, you have a lot of differences.

20382
1. Cast deck
2. Better transmission
3. Better drive wheels
4. Adjustable handle.
5. Better mulcher
6. In my opinion, far better mower for the price. I tell people interested, if you can afford it, always buy a cast deck unit. Unless you are very partial to the Honda engine, I would recommend the model 20381.

Thank you, I did mean 20382.
About the honda engine, I was only going on reputation. In your opinion is the motor on 20381 as good or better?

IMO, yes just as good, but I'm a Toro guy. You will not go wrong with either a model 20381 or model 20382. Read my signature and follow your gut. Forgot to say, both of these models have a 5 year warranty.

Thank you for your opinion, I appreciate it. One more question to help me with my decision. I was reading some reviews and some were saying that to pull the mower backward was hard. I am assuming the self-propelled is not disengaging. Because I have not experienced a "personal pace" I was wonndering if this is a problem or operator error.

Both of these models have a fully releasing tranny, which makes them very easy to pull back. The steel deck models have a limited slip tranny which does not fully release.
