Shredder

Hi guys, my brother gave me his shredder model 47256. It has sat outside for so long the mice have made the engine a hotel.... it's shot. I'm trying to get the pulley off my the crankshaft and I'm not sure how it comes off. There are two bolts on the engine side I took out and it looks like the other side has what looks like two threaded holes for a puller. I've soaked everything in kroil and next will be heated up and a regular puller. The question is on the side away from the engine it looks like there are some " rings" that are separate from the pulley. Is that correct? Maybe what the bolts screwed into? Do these get pried out? Hope this makes sense. Any help appreciated.
