having trouble keepeing a new cub belt on the deck. it's the correct size that cub calls for 1/2 x 103". all pulleys are tight and smooth. it's installed correctly. advice? thanks.

How old is the deck? Sometimes the pulley bearings wear out and then you cannot keep a belt on. Check the pulleys by trying to wobble them back and fourth.
