I have a Troy-Bilt Mod # 8654r mower with a Briggs and Stratton Mod# 122782 Type # 316501 Ser# 93041956 engine.
My problem;
The carburetor throttle spring is missing.
The replacement spring kit is Briggs and Stratton #494218 and comes with Spring, Throttle Shaft and Washer.
I can find no information on how this linkage spring is installed on this mower/engine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
