Well guys, I managed to push the governor shaft into the GCV190 engine. There was no retaining clip and I bumped it trying to get the governor arm out from under the fuel line, then pushed it further back trying to grab it with pliers.Not sure how far in it went, but I can't see it.
Is it possible I pushed it all the way into the crankcase or is it's travel limited and would I access it to repair it if I did really mess it up?
I'd really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide.
