I currently have Hustler Fastrak Model: 927368 FST16HON42A with a Honda GXV530 power plant. I may have a potential lead on an inexpensive and solid Honda GXV620 motor with low hours in my area.
Provided that the motor runs well I was wondering if it would be a direct swap or would a bunch of fabrication work be needed?
Has any tried this yet?
Other than the 4HP bump up in power are a there any other pros/cons to consider?
I would love to read your feedback on this or anyone's else's experiences in trying this "upgrade".
I like the Honda powerplant and have had good luck with this original motor so I want to stay with a Honda but when opportunity knocks you got to answer.
