I have a push mower (Briggs 6.75 HP motor).

When starting, I just have to pull the rope, no primer.

It will start on each pull, but then stop after a couple of seconds.

This will happen for about 6 times, then it will run for as long as I want.

Almost like it needs to warm up to run.

I did put in new spark plug
I did put in new air filter
I have sprayed some carb cleaner in the carborator.
I have cleaned the carb bowl.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like crap in the carb to me.
You have tried carby cleaner, a more aggressive option would be to buy instant start which is Ether in a spray can.
Take OFF the plug lead you do not want it to fire.
Spray the Ether into the carb as you gently use the pull starter to suck the ether into the carb 30 seconds of constant spray will fill and flood the carb. Only pull the starter 3 or 4 times we want it to fill the carb not the combustion chamber.
Now leave it sit 24hrs.
Reconect the plug lead and, start as normal, this is a harsh way to clean the build up of deposits from your carb.
