Craftsman GT3000 wont turn over

New battery, turns over by hand, Autozone checked old battery said it was good just needed charged, starter turns over jumping the wire terminal on the solonoid thats on starter, when key is on I have 12v going to the wire terminal on starter solonoid on starter, when I turn key all I hear is the fuel solonoid clicking, tried used switch from one my other GT tractors with no change, mower had parking brake on for about year due to a blown head gasket, and with old battery after charging it the engine would turn over few times by turning the key back n forth from off to start.

Clean all terminals for every wire in the start loop. Sounds to me like there is corrosion somewhere. Also jump the safety switches one at a time to see if there is a bad switch. There are easier ways of doing these checks but may confuse you somewhat so this may take longer, it is fool proof.
