worked great last year just had to jump start the mower. no big deal. first of the season mowing and the mower keeps blowing fuse. I can put another fuse in and the mower cranks but as soon as i try to start blades to engage the mower blows the fuse and dies. Wont start unless i put another fuse in but will not run long.

Sounds like a mouse or some other critter did some chewing on the wires. Chase your wires backwards from the clutch to the switch. Looking for chewed bare spots. When you find it tape it good should be good.
