I replaced the carb, fuel lines, and bulb. Like a fool I do not remember nor did I write down how everything hooks back up. The carb has 1 nipple on the top and a straight and curved nipple on bottom. The bulb has three nipples with a shorter one and a longer one on the outer circumference and a longer one in the middle. PLEASE HELP!

Are you sure of that ?
never seen a prime bulb with 3 nipples.
They are all simple duck bills so should have an IN nipple & an OUT nipple.
Damp your finger, put it over the nipples then pump the bulb.

The OUT nipple goes to the return line
The IN nipple goes to the carb
The fuel supply line goes to the carb

If you want any more info you will need to post some photos.

Not tryin to take away from my good friend BERT.....

here is another item you can dwell upon ...
see these after clicking on this link ..THESE.JPG

https://www.google.com/search?q=tro...&oe=utf-8#q=troy+bilt+tb635ec+repair+manual&*

another SIMPLE solution to MANY maintenance issues... use a digital camera , take many, many pics
during disassembly, repairs, reassembly or whatever... you can always delete them but I find mine
useful many times over , ..... better than a manual at times . ... ...Boobala

I've never seen a carb or primer bulb with 3 nipples before. :confused2: But I would try them like this: IMG_0057.jpg

The three nipple primer came up in my last MTD update, but we didn't discuss the ins and outs of how it works. and I didn't find any reference to it in the AC8 manual.

Not only does MTD not have a manual to explain the 3 nipple primer, they don't even give a part number for the primer itself. So I guess when the primer cracks you throw away the trimmer.

After some serious digging this is all I could find ... NO MENTION of a primer with 3 ports , no pictures of
a primer with 3 ports .... SORRY I'm done ... maybe you can figure this out by trial and error ... Boobala

Everything I've seen shows me that the primer IS a part of the carb itself ...it is NOT a "remote" primer...please send pics to verify if I am wrong !!
