Engine No Start Snapper

I have a Commercial Hy Vac Snapper rear engine Mod# 2811X5S Ser# 63056403 it has a 11Hp. Briggs. I mowed for 15 min, then she stopped will not restart.She has compression, spark, a new carb, I set the ign pickup with a brass feeler gauge. She cranks will not start even with starting fluid HELP please!!:ashamed:

Things to check for off the top of my head.

1. Check for spark

If no spark,
- check any open contacts, all limit switches with meter for open/closed
- check magneto gap again
- check flywheel didn't break a key (sometimes they do on a backfire)
- magneto bad

If yes, check spark plug (seen these go bad)

Please be careful with Starting Fluid. Overuse is no good.

Let me know what you find and we can proceed. Any sign of firing is a good sign you have spark.
