B&S on my Swisher Rough cut getting tires, need rebuil Toledo area

I have an older Swisher Rough Cut 44" and the B&S motor is using some oil. I would rather price a rebuild than purchasing a new unit...
Any recommendation in the Toledo Ohio, Monroe County Michigan area for a person to rebuild the motor?
Jack's in Monroe seems way too high.
