Lawnboy 10662 will not start

Just got my Lawnboy 10662 serviced - they changed oil, new spark plug, new air filter, new pre filter. They also sharpened bald, cleaned unit, test ran. The day they brought it back to my house, I tried to start it. It won't start. It turns, but won't start. I had the same problem last Fall before I quit mowing for the winter. Any suggestions?
