Would anyone have any idea what brand of mower this is in the photos? There are no stickers or tags anywhere.
It has a Kawasaki FH500V-AS12 Engine. I was told it was sold by Northern Tools some years ago but can't confirm.

Never seen it in any of my northern tool catalogs in the last 13 years.

Its a ugly mower lol. No offense. I have no idea. But I'm betting its well over 20 years old or older.

I agree it isn't pretty. It is a very good mowing machine however. Bought it off a friend for a temporary mower until I can get the engine rebuild done on mine.

I was hoping someone on here may have seen something like it. I am really curious what the brand is or what company made it.

I think it looks GREAT ...! It's totally FUNCTIONAL ( I think) ! No fancy anything, just enough to do the job.. no fancy bells & whistles to break or adjust.. but then some people ... just cut the Da*n lawn ....others are obligated to present a highly "manicured" display of turf ! I'd bet it was an engineers build of a proto-type .. a VERY basic machine to investigate if a design feature is worthwhile , or someone with a LOT of time on their hands !! ..Boobala ..:2cents:

In some ways it looks like a Dixon, other ways looks like a Swisher. But a frankenmower comes to mind in the end.

It was not made by a mower factory.
The give away is all the panels are strait and flat with simple folds.
This requires a lot of welding and would not be economic to make in large numbers.
So my guess would be a made to order machine by a small fabrication shop using the dimensions of a current ZTR.
It is exactly the same type of mower you see on the "self made" & "I made it" video channels.
That high backed seat will be a disaster if it is not very well sprung.
The give away will be the blades and blade spindles.
