I have a maybe decade old DLT 2000 lawn tractor. A while back, the freewheel rod fell off of the thing. I've used the tractor for years without it, but recently found it in my garage.

I've been trying to figure out what it connects to underneath, and can't figure it out. Any ideas? Can't find any good info online - the diagram drawings aren't clear to me. I'd like to do this without removing the rear plate (long story). Thoughts?

I wanna to say that it goes on #233 because #237 doesn't have a nut over it but let me verify.

p.s;
Went thru a bunch of manuals and diagrams and can't tell for sure! Sorry!!! It looks like that back plate is gonna have to come off. Once it does, hold that bypass rod up in the air (as if it was mounted in it) and as long as rod's shape is not distorted in anyway and no other pieces are missing there is going to be only one place where it make sense to land it. Good luck,.
