Tro-Bilt Pony 42" won't move

Bought a used mower as a back-up. Once I added gas & a hot battery it actually started right up as promised.
How do I release any Parking Brake?
Blade turns with much noise & vibration & some sparks so I'll replace drive belt once I get it up & check it out.
Where is best parts source?
Also I have a 54" Troy-Bilt.
