I guess I will define my first post. Stopping would not work very well. Lawn mower going slow would be ok but that was on a car. Very long break distance for that. Very old horse drawn buggies used wood breaks.

Facing reality..... I seriously doubt that there is a single person that uses this site ... that would even venture to give
this notion a fleeting thought !! In this day & age ... Cmon !!!! Sounds like a desperate " McGyver " move !! ..:rolleyes::rolleyes:

From what I can see of the picture it looks to be a strut suspension with non vented brake disc. Two things that use this style are smaller cars and ATV's. From the way the brake disc is sitting into the ground and size my guess is that its a junk car?? It only for humor. :laughing:
