I believe they are the same as the one in the bottom screenshot image...But maybe one of the Honda gurus could confirm for me as I have three or four of these and want to eBay them.
They are NOS from a shop I bought inventor from.

As near as I can tell, this is Honda part number 20001-VA3-J04, which fits the following models:

HR215SXA
HR215SMA
HR215K1SXA
HR215K1SMA

I've asked our mower model engineer to have a look; he's been the expert on these for 25+ years, and will know for sure.

Ok, our engineer said it is the trans for the HR215 OR the HR195...the only difference is the length of the axle (HR215 = 20.9 inches, HR195 = 19 inches).

Part Number for the HR195 trans is 20001-VA5-J02.

• Honda gets $159.07 for the -J02 trans, and a whopping $417.89 for the -J04 trans.
• Honda built a lot of HR215 mowers, but a limited number of HR195 mowers. You're more likely to find HR215 owners looking for the more costly -J04 trans.
