Weird. I had the lower seal on my HR-215K1 electric start oil seal replaced at a honda dealer 3-4 weeks ago. Brought it home and started it (started fine as I remember) ran it for 10-15 minutes with no oil leak. clutch engaged and tranny ran fine and put it up. Tried to start it today and seemed the recoil rope(battery out) was hard to pull, but seemed to loosen up somewhat after 4-5 pulls, but would never start. changed the spark plug . It is getting spark. changed gas. can smell it so seems like it is getting fuel. It never would fire. Could something in replacing the seal be causing the shaft to spin slower or obstucting it someway in clutch area ( he replaced some or all the clutch parts as they were soaked in oil). like I said it seems the starter rope is more difficult to pull. Thanks in advance for any help/info.
