Snow blower Husqvarna tractor 42 inch snow thrower attachment

just bought a used Husqvarna yht24v48 with a 42 inch snow blower attachment...Just used it to blow snow the first time last night. After running the blower I have no problem with how it blows the snow, however one problem I do have with it is at the raised locked position this blower only has 2-3 inches of clearance from the ground. After doing a little research on the unit I found on some of the reviews that some other people complained about the same thing. I'm not even sure about running this thing up into my trailer it sits so low. Just wondering if anyone knows of different brackets that can be purchased to remedy this problem or if anyone has modified the existing ones to get more clearance. I would like to get at least 6 inches or so off the ground. Thanks in advance for any advice.
