Pretty nasty line of thunderstorms late afternoon/early evening yesterday. Looks like probable tornadoes in the Fairfield and New Haven areas. Search and rescue underway and National Weather Service investigating. At least 2 fatalaties. Not something we see a lot here in Connecticut.

The Hurricanes I can deal with, But when I was stationed up in Omaha Nebr. I saw the aftermath of a tornado and THOSE things share the scit outa me !! .. !! :thumbdown:

Evening news states we'll have passing rain thru next week, the rainy season in Florida has begun !..
