Ran into some pictures of my 1985 Chevy K-20 from when I decided to get rid of it. Only had 89K miles on it and about 10k on head rebuild. Hated to see it go but rust got too advanced.

OWWWWWW ... Stage 23 Cancer !! ....... appears to be a road salt condition, nuther thing bout livin up in Yankee Territory !! .. :laughing:..:laughing:

Yeah the salt for sure and being a plow truck it gets coated with sand and salt pretty badly. 20 gallon tank was a problem plowing when you're getting 5 miles a gallon. I had to carry extra 5 gallon cans.

I can't find the photos at the moment, but I hace a CJ7 that I plowed my driveway with for years, and sadly the Jersey weather and the tin beetles got to it real bad underneath........I did not want to be responsible for someone getting hurt by making it a street legal jeep any longer so I sold it with out the title.......listed it on a craigslist as......."Meyers 7' Plow, works great....comes with free Jeep...great for long driveways". Sold it for 900.00 in one day:laughing:

mounted the final drives on the cub yesterday, will finish the pto and rear tow bar tomorrow and mount them......when the hood/fuel tank is dry I will mount it and then do a top coat with the parts assembled to give it that "new off the assembly line look"
