Does anyone use the Snapper Pro S50XTB2536 (36") 25HP Zero Turn Mower? I have 3 acres which are hilly but have storage issues and can't do a 48". I live in Missouri where the grass has dew in mornings. The snapper has high horsepower but the local dealer has never sold this 36" pro model. It seems to be well made and portable

I have a Snapper 400z 48" w/ 25hp B&S. 50 hrs now and no issues. IMHO a 36" deck on a Pro model Snapper is wasted. Get a 52" 550z for less money and buy a small shelter at Lowes. The metal ones are fairly inexpensive. Good luck either way.

I am in a similar boat, have a gate that is 45.5" wide and don't have a good work around. Best options I have found are the Snapper you reference, the Dixie Chopper Zee 2 (42" deck) and the Grasshopper 124v which also has a 42" deck. Growing season is almost over so not going to buy until early next year but if I had to pick now, I would go with the Snapper (and would also pay up for the Kawasaki engine over the Briggs).

The Dixie Chopper is the least expensive but appears the Snapper Pro is more bang for the buck. The grasshoppper is the best overall mower but it's about $1k more than the other two so out of my price range. If it's not out of yours you could also look at jumping all the way up to a Bad Boy Compact Outlaw 42".

Good luck with your search!
