I have 13AC762F755 - Yard-Man sometimes it will run for a while with blade engaged. Other times it dies immediately. Without blades engaged mower runs strong. Help needed. Thanks in advance

the pto safety switch is a double switch. one wire is red or orange and the other wire is yellow. follow the yellow wire, it may have a nick in it that is grounding the ignition. follow it up to the seat switch as this may be where the issue is.

Is there a way to bypass all the safety switches to see if the switches are the problem for sure

For the purpose of TESTING only you can disconnect he magneto cut out wire at the plug located near the starter motor.
However this is the same wire that turns the engine off so you should not mow like this as it is very dangerious.
To stop the mower you will need to ground that wire.

However you already know the problem is in the wiring.
All of the safety switches that cut out the engine are ground connections.
Connected in pairs
Seat + PTO
Seat + Brake
PTO + gear
and gear/ lap bars + Brake

Each pair acts independantly from the other pairs.
