Buzzing sound when turned off

I recently bought a XT1. When I was done cutting the grass today, I turned the key to the off position and the motor shut off but the mower was making a buzzing noise. I turned the key back to the run position and it started. Then I shut the mower off again. It shut off with no problems. Then I started it again and put the mower away. It shut down with no problems. Does any body else have an issue with their mower doing this?

That buzzing sound is coming from a relay that was still powered. If it has stopped then you are ok .if not it will run your battery down. Best thing to do is check all the wiring by hand looking for a short or bare wire.
