mulching kit

I own a resi Raptor manufactured in 2013. I had the Flex Forks and mulch kit added at dealer in WI here and they (dealer) have since gone the way of the Dodo bird unfortunately. Its a 52" deck with the Kawasaki FR691V series motor. I own 5 acres...I cut about 2 and some change of those 5, and wish I had gone with a bigger/better mower, quite honestly, but it is what it is at this point.
I had dealer install whatever their stock mulch blades (794198) were when I bought it new and the subsequent deck separators as part of the mulching kit add.
When replacing them after a year of sharpening and use, I stepped up to the Gator series 785436 blade (G5). They work well, but I'm not sure well enough to be that noticeable. I believe they are a tad wider and heavier than the 794198 blades and they are louder and probably working my mower harder than the stock blades did. Not a very noticeable difference in mulching ability or cut quality, IMO. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions of any blade over the other, and if I stick with a Gator blade, would I be best served by removing the deck section separators that are part of the mulching kit ot not? I've heard both arguments for that depending on blade.
