Hello all,
I have a Cub Cadet Model lt1045, I press the throttle pedal down and their is no increase in speed. I have changed the transmission belt (as per my co-op). Made no change. Any ideas

First make sure the lever to make it free wheel is in the drive position.

Make sure the pulley on top of the transaxle is turning when you have a helper push the pedal.

Look at the linkage from the pedal to the transaxle.

Was you pulling or pushing anything

sorry it took so long to get back.
There was no pulling or pushing. Nothing unusual was done. I have found out that the two plastic bushing for the pedal(rod through frame) are gone.
