The connections to the ignition switch are all solid, however I checked the fuses and there appear to be some poor connections there. When I removed the 30A Regulator Fuse, as I jiggled it back into place with the Switch in the Run position, the panel lights came on and the voltmeter registered 12 volts. I was then able to start the engine and release the key without engine dying. However, engaging either the PTO switch or the headlight switch caused the engine to die. I'm going to work on that fuse block next to see if I can clear up the problem.
