need to find how to adjust brakes / clutch...I am apparently missing something ,,nothing seems to work.

I have an old operator's manual from the mid 1980s but the Mod. No. doesn't match exactly. If yours is of that vintage and a 36 inch cut my manual may be close enough to provide some help on brake/clutch adjustment. Those of that era could have several different transmissions 3,4,5,6 speed etc. but the brake / clutch were often the same or very similar. Post back and let us know.

Sorry my response wasn't worth a dam. It probably really doesn't matter though. If tradition prevails I doubt we'll hear any more about it.
