Cleaned the carburetor multiple times. Removed the jets and cleaned them. Still wants to surge at full throttle. If you hold the choke almost closed it evens out. Has good fuel flow. I have it soaking in Gunk carburetor dip at the moment.
Wondering if replacing a certain jet would cure the problem, or should I just buy a new carburetor on ebay for $61?
