Replacing broken hydro belt on gravely at 60 hd

I am also trying to get this done. I have seen all the manuals and posts etc. I cannot get the belt on. If you go by the directions of putting belt on clutch pulley first, then left motor pulley, then right motor pulley, it cant be done. Not sure what the issue is. I put it on both pump pulleys first, then can almost get it to slide onto clutch pulley but nope. I feel like this shouldnt be hard but no way is it going on. The belt broke so I didnt take it off to see how it was before. I can find a video of anything I ever want to know but when it comes to this mower, nothing.
