Hello all- new to this but I have 3 riding lawnmowers now so I guess I should become a regular here! Need to replace the ignition switch on my Husq. 4' riding mower - looks simple enough but I don't have a lot of electrical experience, although I do have a decent amount of mechanical knowledge. Need to get this fixed asap as the grass - all 6 acres of it - will not wait.
Is there some basic info I should know, or is it just a matter of disconnecting the battery, and replacing the switch by reconnecting wires one by one? Is there a good place to search for detailed instructions (ok by now you know I'm a woman, right?). Any advice and redirection would be appreciated!

All of the wires are already hooked up inside a plastic connecter.
