First: I've replaced the belt, blade and tension pulley and clutch wheel (wheel with hard rubber around it)
Second: The blade spins without the lever even being pushed forward
Third: Mower bogs down like it's in too thick of grass when trying to mow
Fourth: Blade does not really even turn faster when engaged (lever pushed forward)
Fifth: My last option to look for is the spindle....if it's stripped up inside will it cause the blade not to turn properly?
Sixth:....I'm at my wits end with this mower....UGHHHHH.....HELP!

Do you have operators manual for your Snapper? If you do not have manual you can contact Snapper Customer Support & they will send you information, be sure to include complete model & serial numbers from data plate, also ask them to send you illustrated parts list & wiring schematic. Older Snapper manuals are loaded with information, adjustments, troubleshooting, etc. Try greasing spindles at fittings under blades. Let us know how it goes.
