This is a new problem. Last season, engine started with first pull, no primer, and ran tops.
Now, to start, I have to press the primer bulb 4 times. It may not start on the first pull, but it usually will on the second, though it huffs and puffs and misses incredibly. After 10 seconds, it runs fine.
At some point after running for 10-20 minutes, it will miss and die. I have to re-prime to get it to start, at which point it goes through the same start scenario as described above.
I have completed the following:
I have a carburetor, air filter and pre-cleaner on order.
What am I missing?

- Cleaned fuel can
- Replaced fuel
- Cleaned fuel tank
- Inserted fuel filter
- Removed and cleaned the carb
- Replaced magneto
- Replaced spark plug
I have a carburetor, air filter and pre-cleaner on order.
What am I missing?
