I have a 3 year old Bad Boy MZ 54 with a Briggs 27 HP motor. I have 93 hours on the mower and it's been serviced right on schedule since new. This last week since I have serviced, the main fuse is blowing after an hour of mowing. As the mower cooled I was able to replace the 25 amp fuse and finish. The battey is reading 12.5 volts and I have jumped out the 4 sensors. Something is causing an overload when in use...I hate to start throwing random parts at this problem. Has anybody had this issue ????

Thanks in advance
Joe

That possibly may be the issue.... Is there any other component that would cause a surge or overload scenario ??
