I only run a craftsman, but the only clogging is if damp or wet grass is cut. This forum has also warned about blades installed upside down.

maybe you need some high lift blades to create more vacuum. not sure what comes stock on your machine.

This here video is your machine before any vac bag was fitted?

Note the wet tyres and height of uncut grass compared to finish cut.

This here video is Hustler's BagVac system in operation, not the standard
"vac bag" as sold to domestic users but a blower system sold to commercial
operators simply because the standard system will not perform without a lot
of conditions being met.

Note the dry tyres and height of uncut grass compared to finish cut.

Point being there are limits, regardless of manner of operation, limits which for
some are way out of order when expecting a product to do what it says on the label.

You report your system is at least getting the grass into shute and lifting.
That says the deck delivery is likely okay and the problem lies in the grass
as to the quantity you are lifting.
The cut in the second video is at the limit as to quantity, I would suggest.

The BagVac system uses standard slasher style blades. There is an
argument for fitting a highlift blade to the disharge side pushing out the limits
a little further. My experience has been this blade wears very quickly
negating the small benefit. 0MMV.

The bit you wanted to read first?
BagVac does not do what one may hope for when reading the label AND
you need to learn what can be done to achieve conditions the system
will work at best, to achieve a clean finish with little to no blockages getting
there.

Trust that helps some.
