i have a greenworks 25302 twin blade mower 40v Gmax 4ah & 2ah batteries fully charged and placed in the mower
the lights that indicate power for the batteries do not light up at all
i tried replacing the switch and the board and it still wont light up/respond to anything
the switch does click when attempting to start
i really cant drive an hour to the only shop around to drop off then come back later to pick up so an at-home repair is my only option
any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

The key you mean? Attached pic. The lights, I believe, used to light up green if charged...and red if needing charge. Now it doesn't do either

I am having the same problem and I've never used my mower. My Greenworks 25302 does not have a red safety switch/key, which is strange. I just purchased it, in December 2016. I tested it in the garage and it worked, stored it and due to nice weather this Feb. got it out to mow some newly planted grass - no start, nothing.

Have you called the Greenworks 1-888 number?
