I have recently purchased a b&d electric lawn mower. (refurbished)

I was checking out the functionality before I mowed, and turned the mower on it's side. I turned the blade with my hand one full revolution. In one spot of that revolution it becomes "harder to turn". I also noticed the previous owner ran over something and the deck is gugued badly in several places

I wanted to know if any of this stuff is a red flag, and to send it back to the store for another one.

Check the motor shaft for run out... It may be bent...
If you can exchange it DO that... :smile:KennyV
