Gas/Oil Leakage

On my mower the gas seems to poor out slowly from the back left side of the engine, I think it's a bad gasket but i'm not exactly sure....

Is this a push mower with a briggs engine? If so, your gas tank may be leaking at the seam. This was a common problem at one time.

I would suggest you find the leak and fix it, before you regret it. Leaking gas is always a bad thing.
As jeff mentioned, briggs had issues with gas tanks and there was a recall. If you shop it, you can find one for under 30$. Look on Amazon.com.
Find the leak before you buy the tank. the common place to look for the gas leak is at the seem on the top of the tank.
